Welcome to the Savoy Mountain News Blog!

Welcome to our new blog. We are very excited about being able to communicate the news in such a quick and easy way. In case you didn't read our letter that was mailed to residents and subscribers here is a short excerpt from it:

"Due to our aging printing press we could not continue the newsletter. So we decided to go digital with a ‘Blog’
A Blog is short for Web log and is a Web page that is updated on a regular basis in which readers can post comments if they wish.
So, we will ‘blog’ the news and happenings in Savoy and post information as we receive it, sometimes daily.
This will be a privately run site, not ‘town’ operated or funded but town officials and anyone can post anything at anytime.

We hope that you will enjoy this site and participate if you wish, to comment click under RECENT POSTS at left, when the new post comes in scroll down to the end of it and then you will see POST A COMMENT, click on that and then an empty comment screen will pop up. Type your comment and then below click 'other' to leave your name, then below that click on 'publish comment' and that's it!
