The Savoy Volunteer Fire Department is sponsoring a rabies clinic for Monday, March 6th from 5 to 6PM at the Fire Station on Center Road. Dr. Beebee will be doing the vaccinating. Dogs and cats in Massachusetts are required to be vaccinated against the rabies virus. Dogs must also be licensed. The Town Clerk will schedule office hours at the town office to accommodate dog owners who wish to get the license that night. The town office will be open during the time the clinic is operating and up to an hour after it closes. Pet owners are asked to leash their dogs or place them in a secure crate or pet carrier while at the clinic. from Town Clerk
